I was one of 32 semi-wild kittens taken from a large feral cat colony. We were well fed and had good shelter but there were just way too many of us and our caretaker was spending more than she could afford just to feed us. The 50+ adults including my Mom were all spayed/neutered and returned, but us kittens were taken to be tamed and adopted out. I am the oldest of the kittens taken that was young enough to be tamed easily, but I still need more TLC to get totally comfortable with the human touch as I am pretty shy. I am neutered and have my first two vaccinations.
